Can you detect business credit cards from the card number alone?

From today (13th January 2018), businesses within the European Union will no longer be allowed to apply credit card surcharges to any consumer purchases in an effort to combat excessive card fees. As a result of this, many businesses in the EU will currently be adjusting their payment processing scripts to remove this fee.

However, many businesses may not be aware that this rule does not apply to business to business transactions when paying with a business credit card.

For example:

If a business customer were to pay a business using a business credit card, it would still be acceptable to charge a credit card processing fee.

If a business customer were to pay a business using a personal credit card, it would not be acceptable to charge a credit card processing fee.

So my question is, can we detect when a customer is using a business credit card? We already know we can detect the various different card types using the algorithm explained here: How do you detect Credit card type based on number?, however, can we go even further and work out whether they are business or personal credit cards?
