Convert HTML page to PDF

I want to convert HTML page to PDF. I saw some codes but the PDF file so created is not in the correct format. The formatting of the page is totally disturbed in the created PDF file.

Can anybody have the code which convert HTML page to PDF with correct formatting(as on the HTML page).
