What are good options for hosting video?
I have used http://www.longtailvideo.com/bits-on-the-run,http://www.influxis.com/, wistia for video hosting. Wistia didn't allow the finer control that we wanted to have. Influxis doesn't have the features that Bits on the Run has but platform usage for BOTR gets expensive. I was thinking of moving the videos to Amazon CDN. What are your thoughts and experiences with video hosting and are there any recommendations? Videos will be privately streamed to 100's of doctors offices.

Then you can query your videos and put a player in your web.

And, again, query your videos and put a player.
Or, you can use Kaltura. This a Open Source video platform. You can use the Community edition, and host your own video server: http://www.kaltura.org/project/community_edition_video_platform or use the paid version http://corp.kaltura.com/
The paid option is very simple to use and very flexible.
Instead, you can try with Hioxindia. They just provide you the video web hosting, where you are able to have the complete control and do have the benefits of supporting the lengthy presentations too.
