Send an audio stream from Wowza to a speech to text cloud service

I would like to automatically subtitle a video stream (automatic captioning).

Is it possible to send an audio stream from a Wowza server directly to a speech to text cloud service like IBM Watson Speech to Text, Microsoft Azure Bing Speech API or Google Cloud Platform API Cloud Speech?

I found examples from Microsoft explaining how to do it from a file or microphone but not from a stream like RTP or HLS.
