Trailing slash issue in ASP.Net MVC

I have an MVC 5 application hosted on local IIS(10), when i tries to visit the application like this :

http://localhost/TS.Loyalty.UI.Web

it throw this exception

But if i tried to access it with slash like this:

http://localhost/TS.Loyalty.UI.Web/

It works perfectly

Note :: I don't want to do workaround like URL rewrite in IIS, i just want to know why this is happening to my application

Note:: I have another applications hosted on my local IIS and it works perfectly
